Is shipping free?

Absolutely!

We offer free shipping throughout Italy.

How are the mattresses delivered?

The mattresses are delivered vacuum-packed and rolled for greater protection during courier transport and to ensure the product’s hygienic condition and quality. The mattresses are sealed in the factory using specific machinery.

To preserve the integrity of the mattress, once it has been delivered, we recommend not leaving it vacuum-packed for an extended period of time.

Are the mattress dimensions exact or can they vary?

For standard sizes (80x190, 120x190, 160x190), shipping usually takes place within 1–2 business days.

For all other sizes (custom dimensions), shipping requires 3–5 business days, as each mattress is made to order.

Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 days from shipment.

You will receive an email or message with the package tracking as soon as your mattress has been shipped.

What happens if I cancel my order?

If the order is cancelled before delivery, the order amount will be refunded minus shipping and return costs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:
