Return Policy – Atlas Materassi e More

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without any obligation to state the reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication by email to vendite@atlasmaterassi.it, indicating:

  • order number;

  • order holder’s details;

  • product(s) to be returned.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be returned intact, unused and complete with all original elements (packaging, labels, accessories, documentation). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Timeframes and Methods

Within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, the customer must return the products to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the product during return shipment.

Important Information on Warranty and Withdrawal

Any sagging of less than 10% of the total height of the mattress is to be considered physiological and therefore excluded from the warranty.

A tolerance of ±10% in the mattress dimensions is allowed, due to the assembly of elastic components.
All items that fall within these parameters are to be considered excluded from the warranty and from the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized or made to measure.
This condition applies to all products sold by ATLAS MATERASSI & MORE.

Standard sizes:

  • Single → 80×190 cm

  • Small Double → 120×190 cm

  • Double → 160×190 cm


Refund

Once the returned products have been received and checked, Atlas Materassi e More will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of the order.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • to customized or made-to-measure products;

  • to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
