Shipping Information

Product Shipping

Atlas Materassi ships throughout Italy via national express couriers. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes indicated on each product page, subject to stock availability. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, product availability and any force majeure events.

Packaging Method

All our mattresses are shipped rolled and vacuum-packed to ensure their integrity, hygiene and ease of handling. Once received, we recommend opening the packaging immediately and leaving the mattress flat for at least 24/48 hours so that it can regain its original shape and characteristics.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, before the order is completed. In some cases, shipping may be free, as indicated on the website or in current promotions.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email notification containing the tracking code to monitor the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

Destinations and Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. We recommend carefully checking the information entered, as any errors or omissions may result in delays or failed delivery. Couriers do not deliver by appointment or to upper floors, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery Issues

In the event of delivery issues (damaged, lost or incorrect product), please contact our customer service promptly. It is important to accept the parcel with reservation of inspection if the packaging appears visibly damaged, and to document any anomalies with photos within 48 hours of receipt.

Consumer Rights

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer is entitled to receive the ordered products in conditions that comply with the order and within a reasonable time. Otherwise, they are entitled to replacement or refund, as provided for by applicable law.
