Return Policy – Atlas Mattresses and More
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without the obligation to provide reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication by email to vendite@atlasmaterassi.it, indicating:

order number;

data of the order holder;

product(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Times and Methods
Within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, the customer must return the products to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping.
Reimbursement
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, Atlas Mattresses and More will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding the original shipping costs and any commission fees for installment payments and/or financing, within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of the order.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

to customized or made-to-measure products;

to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
