What does the 10-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and material faults that may compromise the performance of the mattress during normal use.
In particular, it includes:
- permanent deformations greater than 3 cm;
- abnormal failures of the internal structure;
- lining or stitching defects due to manufacturing.
Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping throughout Italy .
Please note that free shipping applies to purchases without a trial period .
Are the mattress dimensions exact or can they vary?
The indicated measurements (length, width and height) are nominal and may present small variations due to the tolerances required by the UNI EN 1334 standard.
In particular, differences of approximately ±2 cm in length/width and ±1 cm (or ±10%) in height, measured at the centre of the mattress, are permitted.
These variations are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, but fall within the quality standards required by European regulations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery generally takes 1–2 business days from the time of ordering.
